About HESCO
HESCO (Hyderabad Electric Supply Company) is the electricity distribution company serving Sindh, regulated by NEPRA. It covers districts including Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah.
HESCO supplies lower and central Sindh outside Karachi. Until 2010 it covered the whole of interior Sindh; the northern districts were then separated into SEPCO.

Good to know about HESCO bills
- Karachi is not part of HESCO — Karachi bills come from K-Electric.
- Sukkur, Larkana and the rest of upper Sindh moved to SEPCO. If your old bill says HESCO but you live there, use SEPCO.
- Outside Hyderabad city most connections are Rural.
